Values-based diagnostics as a foundation for effective coaching
Profiling Values is a scientifically grounded method supported by an online tool that visualizes individual value dimensions.
This approach is particularly well-suited as a basis for coaching sessions with individuals seeking a new professional direction, wanting to identify their strengths and development opportunities, or aiming to enhance their professional competencies and soft skills.
Values-based diagnostics is also useful for employers during recruitment processes.

Transforming Mobility Award 2024 / e4 TESTIVAL
Dr. Nicole Menon / METRUCKS receives the award from State Secretary Elke Zimmer, MdL BW, and Ursula Kloé, the initiator and organizer of the award.
Since 2019, the Transforming Mobility Award has been held under the patronage of Minister of Transport Winfried Hermann, MdL BW, with the award ceremony taking place during the e4 TESTIVAL.
The award seeks innovative ideas that drive the mobility transition, as well as energy-related solutions that can be applied to mobility.
In 2025, the jury will select 15 finalists from all submissions for the final round and will then choose 3 main award winners and 3 special prize recipients.

7th ADAC 24h e-competition at the Hockenheimring
The e-competition is an event that JU-KNOW supports in the organizational planning phase. In addition, JU-KNOW coaches a university team for each 24-hour competition—most recently in February 2025, a team from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences / inno.space. Together with colleagues from the Institute for New Mobility, JU-KNOW also supports other teams with charging and driving strategies.
The seventh edition of the competition, featuring a total of 32 highly motivated teams and light snowfall during the night, was once again a great success—demonstrating just how exciting and engaging a quiet competition can be.
Alongside modern vehicles from various battery categories, this year’s lineup even included a converted electric Porsche 911.

E-mobility for municipal fleets
Information event by KLiBA Heidelberg in cooperation with JU-KNOW / the Smart Urban Logistics Alliance – Schönau municipal depot, April 4, 2025
How can the transition to electric vehicles succeed?
What requirements can e-vehicles already meet today—and where are there still limitations?
How can employees be inspired to support the mobility transition?
What models with what specifications are available, and what are the acquisition and operating costs?
These and many other questions were answered with solid insights drawn from ongoing projects and experiences in various municipalities.
On display: a range of electric vehicles, electric agricultural machinery, and tools.

Municipal and district administrators interested in this event format are welcome to contact JU-KNOW for more information.
Ursula Kloé is a jury member for the Best In Class Award 2026 by CDA Verlag.
electricar, the magazine for tomorrow’s mobility, in cooperation with the Institute for New Mobility, honors the best e-models in all categories as well as pioneers in the field of mobility.
The jury, made up of renowned experts, selects and evaluates all electric vehicles available in Germany based on their specifications, efficiency, sustainability, driving performance, comfort, and quality.
Interview by CDA Verlag with Ursula Kloé, published on April 15, 2025, on LinkedIn:
What distinguishes the candidates, finalists, and winners of this award?
“The application phase for the award is still ongoing. But just like last year, we can expect to see innovative vehicles, products, and services that aim to drive forward the mobility transition. I’m convinced we’ll once again see a strong focus on user-oriented solutions, along with vehicles and products that captivate us through their design and innovative power.”
Where do you see the greatest potential for e-mobility?
“I think by now most people understand that e-mobility causes fewer emissions and less noise at the local level—and when looking beyond just the purchase price to the total cost of ownership, it’s also financially attractive. And everyone who has experience with e-mobility is usually enthusiastic about the driving pleasure these models offer.
Beyond that, I also see the opportunity to change mobility behavior in general. People are thinking more about sharing or subscription models in connection with e-mobility, or whether a small-range e-car is sufficient for everyday life—and whether a rental car with a longer range or the train makes more sense for longer trips.”
How can this positive energy be conveyed?
“When you can spark enthusiasm for a topic, positive energy arises naturally—and that can be used to spread the message even further. In my experience, the best way to do that is through authentic storytelling that highlights the positive aspects without denying what is not yet perfect. Media plays a big role here, but so do events such as the e4 TESTIVAL at the Hockenheimring, where the Best-In-Class Award ceremony takes place, or the 24h e-competition, where both experienced and inexperienced e-mobility teams show the distances street-legal electric vehicles can cover in 24 hours—and just how much fun it can be.”
